Breathwork Group Session

During this afternoon we will take you on a journey through breathwork. First we dive into the world of breath awareness, after which we will experience a powerful breathwork session. This is the opportunity to let go of old beliefs, give space to traumas, and embrace everything that surfaces in your subconscious.

Each breath awareness session focuses on a different theme, so you can join in on every session if you feel like it! We only have room for a maximum of 8 participants per session, so make sure to apply quickly.
