During this morning session, Jeroen will take you on an inner journey using breathwork. In a safe environment, accompanied by music, we'll practice conscious and powerful breathing. This creates a space where you can let go of old beliefs and explore the deeper layers of your subconscious.

This is an opportunity to recognize and release emotions you may have suppressed for years. Traumas are given space to heal. This morning is entirely dedicated to self-discovery and inner growth.

These group sessions are for men only. Therefore, the guidance is provided solely by men.

Prefer a private breathwork session? That's possible too!

Under Jeroen's guidance you will embark on a journey of self-discovery. Our private sessions take place in a cozy forest cabin in Markelo or in our own comfortable InnerSeed Studio. During the breathwork session, you'll have ample space to feel and process things.

Private Session - €120.00 for 2-3 hours

Now temporarily €90.00 when you choose to have your session at InnerSeed Studio!

After booking , you'll receive a confirmation email containing an intake form and a payment link. Please read this email carefully for important information, including the address of our location and what you need to bring to your session. Then, the journey can begin!
