Article 1 – Identity

Article 2 – Scope

2.1 This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of The InnerSeed Developers and applies to all bookings and purchases.

2.2 By making a purchase, the participant declares that they have read and accepted this policy.

Article 3 – Events and Live Sessions

3.1 The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for events and live sessions with a specific date or period, pursuant to article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code. This is clearly stated at the time of purchase and confirmed by the participant.

3.2 Tickets are non refundable after purchase. InnerSeed applies this policy due to the nature of the services provided: when reserving a place, costs are incurred that cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation, including venue rental, facility costs, guidance and organisational expenses. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation by the participant, including but not limited to illness, personal circumstances, travel circumstances or a change in planning.

3.3 As an alternative to a refund, the participant has the right to transfer the ticket to another person, provided that InnerSeed is notified in writing no later than 48 hours before the start via hello@innerseed.dev and the new participant meets the participation requirements, including the minimum age and acceptance of the Disclaimer. InnerSeed is not responsible for the financial settlement between the original purchaser and the new participant.

3.4 If InnerSeed cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or, at the participant’s choice, a voucher for a future event.

3.5 If InnerSeed reschedules an event to another date or location, the participant has the right to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund of the purchase amount, provided this is communicated in writing within 7 calendar days after the announcement of the change. In the event of cancellation, InnerSeed is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Article 4 – Coaching and Guidance Programmes

4.1 The InnerSeed coaching programme consists of two components offered together as one bundle:

The current prices per component are stated on the membership page InnerSeed Garden App, at checkout and on the invoice. The proportions are decisive for the calculation of any refund.

4.2 The full programme fee must be paid in advance at the start. Payment is a condition for access to both the app and the coaching sessions.

4.3 App access constitutes digital content. The right of withdrawal expires at the moment access is granted, provided that at the time of purchase the participant has expressly confirmed: "I request InnerSeed to grant immediate access to the app. I understand that I thereby waive my right of withdrawal for the app component 25% of the programme fee once access has been activated." From activation of the app onwards, the app component is non refundable.

4.4 A statutory cooling off period of 14 calendar days applies to the coaching sessions after confirmation of the agreement. The participant may request to start immediately upon booking. In that case the participant confirms: "I request InnerSeed to start the coaching sessions immediately. I understand that if I withdraw within the cooling off period, I owe a proportional amount for sessions already received, calculated at 25% of the programme fee per session."

4.5 In the event of withdrawal within the cooling off period, the following applies:

The app component 25% of the programme fee is in all cases non refundable after activation.

4.6 After expiry of the 14 day cooling off period, there is no right to a refund of the remaining programme fee, unless InnerSeed fails to fulfil its obligations.

4.7 Participants may reschedule a planned session free of charge provided this is communicated in writing via hello@innerseed.dev no later than 24 hours before the start. In case of later cancellation or no show, the session will lapse without entitlement to a refund or replacement.

Article 5 – Digital Services and Webapp

5.1 For digital subscriptions and individual sessions via the webapp, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has commenced, in accordance with article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

5.2 If a digital session or service has not been available or not fully available due to a demonstrable technical defect on the part of InnerSeed, the participant is entitled to repair, a replacement session or, if repair is not possible, a proportional refund. Requests must be submitted within 14 days after the disruption via hello@innerseed.dev.

Article 6 – Refund Request Procedure

6.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via hello@innerseed.dev stating the name and contact details, purchase confirmation or order number, and a description of the reason for the request.

6.2 InnerSeed will assess the request within 14 calendar days and communicate the outcome in writing. Approved refunds will be paid within 14 days after the decision via the original payment method.

Article 7 – Consumer Rights

7.1 This policy does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of Dutch consumer law.
