What is breathwork?
You breathe all day long, but conscious breathing is something else.
In nature , deep, connected breathing is the most natural thing in the world. Animals naturally breathe fully, from the belly, in connection with their body and environment. In humans, this process has disappeared somewhere along the way.
What makes us unique, our ability to think, plan, and reflect, is simultaneously what pulls us out of the moment. Our minds rarely live in the present moment. They're preoccupied with what happened yesterday, or what might happen tomorrow. This constant stream of thoughts keeps the body in an active state, as if something is always lurking. And the breath follows. Unnoticed, it becomes higher and shallower, exactly as the body demands. But what the body demands isn't always what it needs.
Conscious connected breathwork isn't a technique in that sense. It's a return to something you already know, but have forgotten along the way. By consciously using your breath, we send a powerful signal to the body.
The signal: 'I'm safe'.
Who is this for?
For people who feel they've lost themselves a bit. Those who are carrying a lot, thinking a lot, and feel stuck somewhere but don't know exactly where. You don't have to be able to put a name to it to work on it.
What people often describe after a session is a feeling of spaciousness. As if something has become lighter. Sometimes this is very tangible, sometimes difficult to describe. Both are valid. The process requires nothing of you other than being present and breathing.
What a session looks like
A session with us lasts approximately 2.5-3 hours. This includes some explanation, the breathing session itself, and an open space afterward to share your feelings. No special preparation is necessary; you simply need to be present.
During the session, we'll work with connected breathing, cinematic music, light touch, and spoken guidance. Together, they create an environment where you naturally delve deeper.
We offer both group and private sessions. In a group, you share the energy of a shared journey. A private session creates more space for your personal journey.
